Refunds Policy  

If you have any issues with our product, we would be happy to accept a return for the unused/unopened portion of your order within 30 days of the original order date. We are unable to accept returns for opened product, but please reach out to our Customer Service Department through the Contact Us page if you are dissatisfied with your food in any way. 

Second Nature Snacks is unable to provide refunds for product purchased through other retailers, but please let us know if Second Nature product purchased at a retailer did not meet your expectations.
