My husband and I love this mix of nuts and chocolate

My husband and I love this mix of nuts and chocolate. We were surprised that the package did nit include the cooling package. The trail mix was fine. In fact we really enjoyed the melted and nut clusters that resulted… it reminded of peanut clusters that we had as kids.

Very late arrival

I ordered 3 large bags and 1 small bag of the dark chocolate nut nix. I enjoy them so much and are hard to find here. It took 10 days to receive and were left outside in 90+ degree weather and when I opened the box ice packs were completely melted. Needless to say so was the chocolate! I also called twice and was told both times that they were still in the warehouse. I wasted just almost $60.00 and naturally I am very upset. Will not be ordering again.You need to do better Second Nature
